    This large three-floor store with a large car park is a specialty gyoza store, located in Morinosato, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The store is popular with a wide range of customers, including local university students, businessmen and families. The famous White Gyoza, with its garlic flavored filling wrapped in a thick layer of dough, is a soul food of Kanazawa. And, with the crisp crust and juicy meat filling, the dumplings pack a punch of flavor that goes extremely well with white rice.

    Ive been coming here for over 30 years. Still great gyoza! One of my favorite comfort foods when Im in Hokuriku.

    カウンターに座りました。しかし、横の席にあったお皿などが片付けられていなかったので、片付けてとお願いしたら、眉間にシワを寄せて嫌な顔をされました。睨まれました。すぐに席を立って出ました。カウンターにいた女性店員です。

    金沢にいても時々食べたくなるのが「餃子の王将」さんです。こちらのお店も国道沿いなので、車での訪問になります。定食メニューが沢山あるお店なのでお昼時には、餃子を食べず、野菜炒めなどを食べているお仕事をしているおじさん達でにぎわっています。今回の私もから揚げ、チャーハン、こってりラーメンのセットでお腹いっぱいです。

    第七餃子は有名だけど時間が無いのでこちらを訪問。 普通の餃子とニラ餃子を頂きましたが、周りを見渡せば餃子以外のおでんや様々な料理を食べながら餃子も、というスタイルのグループが多かったようでした。 肝心の餃子はいたって普通。もちろんそれが悪いわけではないｋど、最近はあちこちで美味しい餃子専門店もあるのでわざわざ寄るほどでもないかな。
