    A publisher of Edo style chiyogami paper and omocha-e (ukiyo-e style toy pictures). It was founded in 1864. In addition to more than 1,000 kinds of chiyogami and omocha-e, they also handle Japanese stationery and papier-mache lucky charms. Their signature Edo chiyogami features washi paper block printed by hand with bright and colorful patterns. Chiyogami, which each pattern reflects the poetic aspects of life, is a traditional craft popular with international travelers. The popular product finds itself incorporated into various items worldwide, including Christmas cards and notebook covers.

The shop sells combs carefully crafted individually by hand using premium Satsuma boxwood from Kagoshima. The domestically-grown boxwood used ensures the combs slide easily through hair, gives them a soft feel on the skin, and helps prevent static electricity buildup.
