    Kagawa Gift Shop Ritsurin-An is on the grounds of Ritsurin Park, a Special Place of Scenic Beauty. The scent of hinoki cypress greets you when you step in the door. They offer an array of enticing goods including traditional Sanuki handicrafts like Kagawa lacquerware and Takamatsu papier-mache, as well as unique items with udon noodle motifs. Food products like Sanuki udon and seasonal sweets are available too.

    栗林公園駐車場脇にある物産館。お土産物屋さん。お土産探しに時間が避けないけれど、何か買って行きたい人には良いかもしれません。

    The Teshima Marche souvenir shop is part of the tourist information office next to Ieura Port's Teshima Exchange Center. They sell an array of items like Teshima grown fruit and Teshima made products. They also have official Setouchi Triennale arts festival merchandise and items from the islands around Setouchi.

    私が行ったときは瀬戸内国際芸術祭の開催年だったので、お菓子や地元の特産品の他に瀬戸芸グッズも売ってました。色々お土産も売ってますよ。 豊島は苺が有名みたいで、苺のジェラートも売ってました。濃厚で美味しかった!!

    This Japanese confectionary shop was established in 1882. The souvenir shop is located on the 52nd steps out of 1368 stone steps, approach to Kotohira Shrine, the shop sells Buden Shouten T-shirts; and Funebune Senbei crackers and Ishimatsu Manju buns, famous souvenirs to bring back and share with friends and family. The shop's Ishimatsu Manju won the honorary minister's prize at the 20th and 21st National Confectionary Expositions, respectively.

    You’ll find this souvenir shop on the first floor of Takamatsu Symbol Tower Hall in Maritime Plaza Takamatsu, which is right near Takamatsu Station. It offers over 2,400 different items from all four prefectures across Shikoku. You’ll find classics such as sanuki udon and tenobe somen along with olive oil, sweets, and various local goods. Tenobe olive somen from Shodoshima Island and local bear stuffed animals are popular items. You’ll also find gelato with uncommon flavors such as olive, refined sugar, shoyu-mame bean, and more.

    One of the shops lining the Konpira Omotesando, Yamanaka Zoudou is a traditional craft store that produces Sanuki Itobori style wood carvings. Sanuki Itobori originated with Yamanaka Zoudou’s founder in the mid-19th century. It features a finishing technique known as “tatakinomi-no-ato,” but their work is not restrained by tradition. Cute products like their colorful, grumpy looking, blue and red painted Pop Daruma figures and the reclining “Hetari Daruma” are popular. They also produce many other handicrafts such as figurines of the Seven Lucky Gods and trays in the form of animals.

    Ichiwadou-Kougei is a long-operating lacquerware shop dealing in traditional Kagawa crafts and Kagawa lacquerware. Located a short walk from the Shido Line’s Furutakamatsu Station along the river in Yashima, they produce not only tableware like dishes and cups, but also items such as toys, clocks, and smartphone stands. Their high quality of lacquerware has won many awards at venues like the National Lacquerware Exhibition and the Kagawa Prefecture Product Competition. Their work has recently become available for purchase through department store exhibitions, gaining national exposure.

    金刀比羅宮の参道にあるしょうゆ豆本舗です。 かがわこんぴら観光案内所が併設しており、無料で便利な観光地図を頂けるのでお参り前に寄ると良いでしょう。 しょうゆ豆がのったクレープを頂きました。 椅子もあり、座って頂けましたが本当に美味しかったです。

    和菓子屋の「くつわ堂」が運営している喫茶店です。「くつわ堂」の喫茶店はここだけです。名前は「くつわDO」です。(笑)和菓子屋が運営しているだけあってスイーツは充実しています。美味しいスイーツは食べたいなら「くつわDO」をお勧めします。
