    宿に着くと26年ぶりの訪問と知らされました。オーナー様は夏休みに家族で訪問した際に、同宿した方々と撮影した写真を用意してくださっていました。年賀状や、年に一度の「コタン通信」で宿のことはおおよそ知っていましたが、以前家族で訪ねた頃のことが鮮やかに蘇ってきました。札幌市から来たお客さんと、オーナー様と親しくお話ができ、また元気なうちに訪ねたいと思いました。
