德島拉麵可以說是我在四國旅行中吃過最多的菜色。麵可以先選好硬度，我比較喜歡軟一點的。肉是醬煮豬肉，不是日本叉燒，很特別，也吃得很滿足。但一個麵是不足的，要叫替玉。
