德岛拉面可以说是我在四国旅行中吃过最多的菜色。面可以先选好硬度，我比较喜欢软一点的。肉是酱煮猪肉，不是日本叉烧，很特别，也吃得很满足。但一个面是不足的，要叫替玉。
