  予定通りの時間に到達しましたが、部屋の露天風呂の準備ができていませんでした。待たされた挙句、露天風呂に行ってみると写真に載せたようにマスクが放置してありました。後日確認したところ、作業員のものであるとのこと。この旅館のコロナウイルスに対する感染対策の意識に強く疑問が生じましたので、（布団の準備なども無断でなされていたので）メールにて確認したところ返答が全くありません。返信を催促したところ、「精一杯...
