家族でこちらのmr kinjoグループの予約をしました。行ってみると何の知らせもなく歩いて5分程の別館に勝手に変更されていました。土地勘もなく年寄りの母もいたため、暑いなかうろうろしなければ、ならないのは不快でしかありませんでした。変更したならばメールで知らせたり、簡単な地図を用意しておくべきです。フロントにいた外国人スタッフも私もわからないといった感じで逃げるようでした。もう信用できません。
