以前からずっと気になっていたお店。豆腐類の大好きな私は豆乳をはじめ、豆腐、油揚げ、厚揚げなど約4千円分購入。開店同時に行き取置きをお願いしてはくれたが、たくさん購入してもたった45円の冷凍おからのサービスはなく残念に思った。油揚げは肉薄で食べた感じがなく、他の品物も値段のわりには豆の美味しさを感じられなかった。

お豆腐が、とってもおいしい。やはり冷奴でいただくのが最高。がんもどきはさっと焼いても、甘辛く煮てもおいしいです。豆乳ソフトは、甘さ控えめでさっぱりしています。笠間に行ったときは必ず立ち寄ります。
