Their Amakusa Umakamon Market sells local specialties and their Shima Café where you can enjoy the feeling of being in a tropical country serves various Asian sweets such as drinks with tapioca pearls. 天草、上天草方面に車で出かけたときの帰りの立ち寄りの場所になっています。熊本方面に向かって道路の左側です。駐車場の奥に天草四郎像がたっています。週末にしかきたことがない場所ですが、いつも駐車場の案内係がいます。軽食、ドリンクはあります。お土産購入がおもかと思います
休憩にはとても良いところです

ツーリングで寄りましたが大きな天草四郎とアマビエが出迎えてくれて写真スポットには良いです。果物がのったソフトクリームも美味しかったです。
