Takeno Town is located just 10 minutes by train from Kinosaki Onsen. Along the coast of Takeno-cho, Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, there is not only the beautiful color of the sea, but also a variety of geology and topography from the formation of the Sea of Japan to the present day. In addition, Takeno-cho still has a townscape of houses made of roasted cedar boards that have been passed down since ancient times, and the townscape still has the atmosphere of a small Japanese fishing port.
