Mikoto-pia Honobono Onsen-kan

This day-use hot spring bathhouse is a five-minute walk from Shonai Station on the JR Kyudai Main Line. The bathhouse' baths are supplied with free-flowing water from a clear salt sulfate spring. The bathhouse has indoor and outdoor baths, and bathers in one of the outdoor baths can take in the area's starry skies while enjoying a relaxing soak at night. For an extra fee, you can also make use of a private bath, perfect for families, where you can bathe without concern for those around you. The bathhouse also sells towels and an array of other amenities, making it easy to stop by here without any advance preparation. Food is allowed in the bathhouse tatami mat rest lounge, and the bathhouse is also popular with local residents.
