Shibunoyu

This day-use hot spring bathhouse stands at the intersection between the Ideyu-zaka hill road and Sujiyu-dori Street. The bathhouse is open to members of the Shibunoyu Onsen Association. Tourists can also use the bathhouse without issue by paying a small locker fee and observing the bathhouse' rules. One of the bathhouses making up the Beppu Hatto Onsen Road and the Kyushu 88 Onsens, many customers participating in these two stamp rallies come here to collect the bathhouse' stamp. During busy periods, prospective customers are recommended to come at off-peak times so they can enjoy a relaxing soak. The waters of the bathhouse' salt spring have outstanding warmth retention and moisturizing effects and in turn help beautify the skin.
