The charcoal grilled Kuju Highland shamo chicken course is particularly popular and comes with sides, a medium bowl of rice, tataki seared chicken, charcoal grilled chicken, and shamo chicken soup. 自家飼育の軍鶏を食べさせてもらえる店。普通の鶏に比べ味が濃厚で旨味が多い。国道から少し入った分かりにくい場所にあるが休日はいつも多くの客で賑わっている。炭火焼で脂が飛んでテーブルがややべたついているのが難点。

大分県は久住高原にある地鶏のお店です。毎年必ず食べに行きます。こちらの地鶏を食べたら、他の鳥料理が霞んで見えます…全て最高ですが、中でも手羽先唐揚げは絶品中の絶品です❗️
