This ramen restaurant pays particular attention to its broths. The restaurant can be identified by its red awning with white print . The awning's sign touts the restaurant's original tsukemen dipping noodles, and indeed these noodles are the restaurant's most popular dish. The restaurant's tsukemen consists of springy and thick crimped noodles, and a dipping broth which balances acidity and viscosity. Varieties include the Futsu Mori regular order noodles garnished with chashu roast pork filets and menma fermented bamboo shoots; the Zenbu mori, which is garnished with just about every topping available; and the Tantan Tsukemen noodles, which are served with a spicy and meaty miso dipping broth. The restaurant also serves a full array of sides, and also offers chashu donburi rice bowls and appetizer combos.

あの「東池袋大勝軒」の暖簾分け、と期待大だと少しがっかりするかも。ただし、評価は人によります。特徴としては、自家製麺ではなく『浅草開化楼』の麺を使用してるところ。つけ麺押しですが、中華そばもあります。私は個人的に汁ありの方が好きだな。

つけ麺と言ったらここ大勝軒。濃厚なスープにコシのある麺を絡めて食べれます。とても活気のあるお店でした。
昔懐かしのつけ麺？

昔懐かしのつけ麺が味わえます。昔ってほど昔ではないかもしれないですが、つけ麺の先駆者的なお店と言えば、大勝軒系だと思う。今となっては、濃度とかぜんぜんだけど、懐かしさを味わえる。
