The first floor offers displays on the history, folklore, and nature of Namerikawa, and the museum invites famous people from Namerikawa to come and present year-long. The second floor has a hall that can fit 100 people. The third floor is used most for special and temporary exhibits. The first floor also has a cafe perfect for a quiet break to enjoy its views of the Toyama Plain, Toyama Bay, the Noto Peninsula, and the grand Tateyama Mountain Range.
