Located in the Tanoh site, a nationally designated historic site, the museum exhibits earthenware and stoneware excavated from the site as well as ornaments such as katadama, and also displays prefectural-designated cultural assets such as bronze sword molds. Visitors can learn about life in the Yayoi period through a model shop and audio guide, and can even enter a reconstructed dwelling outside.

田能遺跡の展示館

猪名川沿いに立つ施設で、田能遺跡に関する展示が中心となっていました。建物傍に駐車場はあるものの台数は限られ、マイカー利用には難点がありそうでした。但し、普段の利用者は少なそうで館内も閑散としていました。
弥生時代

田能資料館は、尼崎市の東北部にある弥生時代の集落跡である田能遺跡にある資料館です。田能遺跡から出土した貴重な遺物を保管展示、パネルや模型を用いて弥生時代の暮らしも紹介されています。屋外には、円形平地住居、方形竪穴住居、高床倉庫などが再現展示されています。小学生から大人まで楽しむことができます。歴史に興味がある方にお勧めのスポットです。
