    柳川据说是日本鳗鱼饭的开始之地 ,很多店的鳗鱼饭多好吃,我吃的这家是比较有传承的家族老店。鳗鱼饭果然与我在日本其他地方,包括国内的都不同,也都要好吃。鳗鱼干湿适度,表层微微带有香脆味,甜腻适口。米饭香软弹牙,尽透了鳗鱼汁。再配上淡淡的鳗鱼汤,激发出鳗鱼饭的完美演绎。

    6人のグループ旅行だったので、水郷柳川観光(株)の貸切舟と鰻せいろ蒸しをセットで予約しておきました。鰻のせいろ蒸しは、醤油ベースのたれを絡めて味付けしたご飯の上に、一度焼いた鰻を乗せて蒸してあるため、香ばしくてふんわりと柔らかい食感が美味でした。
