Tsuruyatokuman Sanjo-dori Street Shop

This shop, one branch location of a longstanding Japanese confectionary shop established in the Meiji period, is situated on Sanjo-dori Street in Tsunofurishinya-cho, Nara City. The shop sells Nara no Kaori senbei rice crackers toasted over a high grade ubame oak charcoal fire, Kenjo Mikasa dorayaki pancake sandwiches which have even been officially presented to the Imperial family, and other Japanese confections.
