市政施行50周年を記念し、1989年(平成元年)5月12日に都市緑化植物園は開園したそうです。池田市広報によると、先駆けて4月28日に温室が開園し、少し前の1987年(昭和62年)10月1日に、家庭での園芸相談等を受け付ける「緑のセンター」がオープンしたそうです。植物園は五月山全体構想での整備なので、五月山公園で有名な桜・ツツジ・紅葉以外の季節も十分に楽しめます。植物園は開園してから20年以上...

オッサン・オバサン１５人ほどのグループで訪れました。五月山を登る途中に有ります。体育館の向かい直ぐです。ここだけに行くんじゃなく、池田駅と五月山周辺を散策されてはどうでしょう。

今は亡きお婆ちゃんに連れて行ってもらいました。また遠足でもよくいきます。バス停近くですし、花も綺麗、近くに大きい滑り台があります
