This jokan hot sake bar has been in business for over 170 years since 1844. The restaurant's Kanto-daki stew has been made according to the same unchanged recipe since the first owner gave it a unique, rich flavor by using saezuri whale tongue. The establishment has also been a favorite of numerous writers and persons of culture, including Sakunosuke Oda, Shotaro Ikenami, Kazuo Dan, Seiko Tanabe, and Ken'ichi Yoshida; and has even appeared in various works of fiction!

大阪に出張の際は必ず時間が取れればお伺いするお店です。日本一古いおでん屋と言われています。こちらのタコの甘露煮はとても美味しい一品です。事前に予約して、お土産用にタコの甘露姿煮を頼みます。日本酒も美味しいですよ道頓堀に来たら是非おすすめのお店です

この字型カウンターのある昔ながらのおでん屋さん。早めにいかないと、大根など人気メニューは品切れに。混みます。が、それだけ美味しいです。

午後9時頃に2軒目として来訪。満席だったので少し待ちました。店内はコの字型のカウンターと奥にテープル席があります。とても美味しいですが、夕食としてパクパク食べると高くつくと思います。
