This art museum is located in 2-Chome Tadaokanaka, Tadaoka Town, Senboku County, Osaka Prefecture. The museum was established by businessman and famous antique eastern art collector Takayuki Masaki. The museum's collection spans some 1,300 items, including three National Treasures and 13 Important Cultural Properties. The museum holds two exhibitions a year - a spring and a fall exhibition. The adjoining Masaki Memorial House was used by Masaki as a residence and tearoom and has been designated a Tangible Cultural Property.

    忠岡町の住宅街にあるプチ美術館。駐車場も数台確保されています。入館する際、氏名・住所・電話番号の記入を求められます。「山水に遊ぶ」展を見に行きました。入館料700円がJAF割引で600円。展示室が2つとコンパクト。重要文化財「春景山水図」も展示。トイレは別棟。次回は9月3日より「墨痕淋漓」展を開催とのこと。サクッと鑑賞できます。

    田舎の美術館ですがお庭も素晴らしいです。美術館の中に素敵なティールームがあります。ソファーや調度品にとても趣があります。半分セルフサービスですが作品を見て疲れた時には、ゆっくり過ごせますよ。
