シンプルな味付けですが、お肉が美味しいです。からし醤油だけでこんなに柔らかくておいしいお肉は初めてです。

溶岩で焼くお肉は絶品です。溶岩プレートを使用してあるお店で、知ってるお店がここだけになってしまいました(他店は閉店してしまった)遠いですが、やっぱり溶岩プレートで焼いたお肉は美味しい。タレが、醤油とカラシ、または塩コショウだけだったのですが、最近行ったら、ポン酢と大根おろしがありました。1番良い肉を頼むことをおすすめします。野菜、特に玉ねぎもじっくり焼くと本当に美味しいです。油がか...
