"This public bathhouse is located in the heart of the Toi Onsen hot spring town, which has long been known as ""chomei no yu"" (baths of long life). It is about a 50-minute bus ride from Shuzenji Station on the Izuhakone Railway on the Tokai Bus to Matsuzaki and a five-minute walk from the Baba bus stop. The small bathhouse, which features indoor baths and elegant outdoor baths, is situated near Anrakuji Temple's Mabuyu, the baths that lead to the development of Toi Onsen. The high-quality free-flowing sodium calcium sulfate and chloride springs are said to help with conditions including sensitivity to cold, nerve pain, and muscle soreness. Some cold water is added for the purpose of cooling the hot spring water to a safe temperature."

土肥温泉の馬場バス停の近くです

土肥温泉にある共同浴場の一つ。馬場（ばんば）地区にあります。近くの土肥神社と安楽寺に大きな楠の木があるので、楠の湯と言うんでしょうか。浴槽は小さいながらも露天もあります。比較的新しいので趣には欠けますが、その分気持ち良く利用できました。

安楽寺のそばにあり、細い道を山側へ数分行ったところにあります。駐車場もありますので車でも便利です。この近くにはさらに地元の人が多い元湯温泉(大人300円駐車場は数台しか入れない狭いものです)もあります。どちらもお湯の質は良く安心して利用できます。

タオル・石鹸を持ち込めば入湯料は400円です。(石鹸タオルセット200円)中には浴槽１つ、露天風呂が１つついています。対象は地元の人に設定されているのか安く施設自体も非常に狭いです。ですが、400円という値段で温泉に入れるのであれば満足できました。外に牛乳の自販機もあるので入浴後はこちらでさっぱりできます。
