The restaurant primarily uses stone-ground domestic buckwheat flour, giving their noodles flavor and resilience. Their specialty is kakiage tenzaru, which features soba noodles served on a bamboo strainer together with a tempura fritter. Their large, crispy fritters are well-known for their light taste. Another offering is their anago tenzaru, which features noodles served with a tempura of a whole conger eel. The restaurant exclusively uses eel caught in Tokyo Bay and steadfastly refuses to make the dish when eel of suitable quality is not available.

順天堂病院に通院しています。通院時はいつも寄るようにしています。かき揚げ蕎麦ですが、かき揚げの具が大変美味しいですね。

常時混んでるお店です。サービス良い、天ぷらうまい、つゆまあまあ、蕎麦もまあまあ笑笑量は多め。特別美味しいとは言えない店ですが、長岡に行くたびについつい行ってしまいます笑
