Koganei Shuzo
A long-standing brewery in Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture that makes products like Sakarimasu sake, Sagami craft beer, Hatagashira sake-lees spirits, Yataro rice spirits, Koganeno-tsuyu potato spirits, and Koganeno-sake liquor. It's 200-plus-year history reaches back to 1818. They welcome brewery tours. Make a booking for your group of six or more at least a week in advance.
