Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it serves bowls of noodles made with top-grade flour. Their popular Kagoshima Shio Ramen won first prize at a ramen competition commemorating the completion of the Kagoshima Route of the Kyushu Shinkansen. Its soup has a light yet robust flavor that is good to the last drop. The blend of wheat flour used in the noodles has been carefully selected to give them flexibility, so it' chewy and going down smoothly. The restaurant's ""Pajamen,"" a tonkotsu shoyu (pork bone and soy sauce) ramen noted for its addictively rich and sweet flavor, is also popular."

移動中に特に何も考えずにふらっとよって、入店。ある程度有名な店と知らず、美味しさにびっくりしました。
洒落ているラーメン

鹿屋にこんなラーメン屋あったのかと思うようなラーメン屋であった。外見が綺麗で内装も木目調を基調とした作り。柚子胡椒のラーメンを頂いたが、鹿屋の田舎くささを感じさせないお洒落なラーメン屋であった。

鹿屋市のあるラーメン屋といえば「ら.ぱしゃ」です。頼むのはきまって「らーめん（とんこつ醤油）」と「チャーシュー飯」で、ラーメンが来るまで食べるのは「大根の漬物」鹿児島ならではです。ラーメンのスープもずずーっと飲み干してしまうくらい旨い！！麺との相性も抜群です。ラーメンを食べているとごはんも食べたくなりますので、いつも頼むのはちょっぴり贅沢して「チャーシュー飯」味は間違いないです。
