Mumon
A soba noodle restaurant located along National Route 120 in Hiragawa, Tone Town, Numata City. They serve handmade soba made from domestic stone ground buckwheat that is Fresh Ground, Fresh Made, and Fresh Boiled. Alongside their Mori-Soba, chilled soba served with a dipping sauce, they also offer Tororo-Soba served with grated yam, Duck-soup Soba, and Tempura Soba made with local Maitake mushrooms and other ingredients.
