"This farmers market is operated by the Saito Agricultural Cooperative. The market carries an abundance of local specialty products and seasonal ingredients from Saito and Nishimera; Japanese deli-style foods made with these ingredients; and other agricultural products such as fruits and flowers. ""Itchaga"" means ""it's good"" in the local Miyazaki dialect, and the market was built based on the desire to help people purchase wonderful products safely and with peace of mind. Serving as a bridge between producers and consumers, the market holds a variety of events, such as a morning market every third Saturday of the month, special gift events, and rock-paper-scissor rallies in which the winners can get prizes."
