Ojibaru Onsen Kenko Mura

This day-use hot spring bathhouse is located a 10-minute drive from JR Takaharu Station. The clean and tidy bathhouse exudes a retro atmosphere and is replete with a large indoor bath, ultrasound bath, jacuzzi, and sauna. The dark brown waters of the bathhouse' hydrogen carbonate spring contain an abundance of magnesium and calcium and are gentle on the skin. They are said to treat such ailments as nerve pain, muscle soreness, chronic digestive diseases, and diabetes. As the bathhouse adjoins what is said to be the largest rainbow trout hatchery in western Japan, visitors can also enjoy fishing for rainbow trout in a fish pond.
