Buta Saburo
"This food stand specializing in tebichi (pig's feet) is located inside the Onna no Eki roadside station. Their specialty ""tebichi karaage,"" is tebichi that have been stewed in a cauldron for about six hours, before being fried in hot oil and tossed in an original sweet and spicy chili and black vinegar sauce. This visually striking dish has an addictive flavor that has earned the shop many fans who come from all over. The shop also serves noodle dishes such as their soki karasoba agu no abura tare, which is an original take on soupless Okinawa soba, a favorite dish of the Yaeyama region."
