The United Church of Christ in Japan - Kurashiki Church

A seven-minute walk from JR Kurashiki Station. This Protestant Christian Church was established in 1906. The chapel with sloped roof connecting the masonry tower and the terrace in front of the two-story hall of worship was built in 1923. The church was designated as a Tangible Cultural Property of Japan as a famous piece of architecture that represents the city of Kurashiki. In the attached Christ Hall, there's a cafe space called Sharon open to all where you can enjoy handmade cakes along with special Church Blend coffee.
