Ramen

This ramen shop is in Nagao, Tamano City. The pleasant exterior invites you to enter and enjoy spacious counter seating or neat table seating. The ramen features thick broth and thin noodles in soy sauce, salt, or tonkotsu pork bone broth flavors, and in summer they offer Hiyamen cold noodles as well. They offer Nikuman meat buns or fried rice on the side, and serve take-out as well.

Reviewed:2020/01/05

Overshadowed by Hiroshima to the west and the Kansai region to the east, Okayama is an easy spot to miss but a nature-rich gem where the Seto Inland Sea laps at its toes and peach and grape farms complete its interior. One of Japan's Three Great Gardens, Koraku-en in Okayama city is well worth a visit before progressing to Kurashiki, where preserved wooden Edo buildings line the picturesque canal.
