Mt. Gassan Guide Association
The Gassan Guide Association can help you find a guide for your climb of Mt. Gassan. All guides are certified by the Japan Mountain Guides Association, and each can lead from five to ten climbers up the mountain, depending on the course. Experienced local guides are ready to accompany you on a variety of routes, including a round trip to the peak from the Eighth Station rest house or the Ubasawa Lift, or the two-day, one-night Hijiori route.
