This ropeway runs through Zao Onsen. It covers 1,636 meters, with an elevation difference of 342 meters, from Uwanodai Station in the onsen town, to Chuokogen Station. One of the Three Divinities of Zao, Zao Daigongen, is enshrined in front of Chuokogen Station, and there is a hiking trail taking in several sights like Dokkonuma pond.

スキーにも紅葉ハイキングにも適した場所を通っています。スキーシーズンは言わずもがな。ハイキングにも、どっこ沼から下へ一キロほどの不動滝までも行きやすいところに駅があります。

蔵王スキー場に行くと必ず一回は乗ります。風雪を防ぐカプセル型であり、二人だけで乗ることもできるので気を使うこともなく気楽なものです。
モンベルカード提示で少し安くなります

往復1500円のところ、モンベルカード提示で1350円になりました。中央ロープウェイも同じ値段ですが、自分的にはゴンドラで座ってゆっくりする方が好みです。
