A directly managed store of Yamaki Jozo, brewing company that manufactures and sells miso, soy sauce, tofu, and other products made from rare domestic organic JAS certified ingredients that are grown without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides. Domestic organically grown soy beans and a wide variety of seasonal vegetables are carefully grown to draw the most nutriment from the soil allowing you to taste creative dishes that will maximize the flavor of the naturally grown ingredients.
