This is an original creative cuisine restaurant, founded with the owner's desire for his customers to 'enjoy the seasonally fresh food without the limited concepts of western or Japanese styles'. The chef serves up heart-warming dishes made from the fresh seafood caught fresh every morning, and from the fruit of the land. This restaurant, about 10 minutes from the Tonosho Port, with very high ceilings, provides a spacious and expansive atmosphere. The dinner menu, ingeniously created from the local seafood, has even been written up in tourism guidebooks. The cuisine is known for its distinctively exotic dishes made with such rare items such as eggs of sea cucumber, salted sea cucumber entrails or ovaries, and dried karasumi flavored octopus. The lunch hour menu is popular for the chef's special, which always is a surprise using the island's best produce.

小豆島の土庄町にある建物や店名、店内はモダンですが和食のお店でした。駐車場は場所が分からず、近くの広場に停めました、お店は建物の２階で男性二人で切り盛りされてました。平日のランチで利用、オープン直後のせいか客は私だけ、その後は観光の女性二人連れでした。地元の食材を使用した料理で、ランチは魚料理だと2200円、お肉料理だと2750円の２コースでした。料理は美味しく頂きました、paypayを使...

良いうわさを聞き、初めての訪問です。車と留めるところが無いので、そこらへんに駐車となりましたので、少し残念。お店は２階に上がりますので、お年寄りの方は階段を上がらなければなりませんので、ご注意を。お店の雰囲気は、テープルとカウンターと個室があるようです。扉を開けると、誰もいないが、急がしそうにして、私たちは置き去り。個室に先客がいるようですが、私たちも始めてのお客なのに…。とりあえず...
丁寧な海鮮

小さな子供を連れての来店。テーブル席、カウンターがほとんどのお店なのですが、１つ小上がりの個室があり、ゆったりすごすことができました。店名テーブル席の店舗の「見た目は洋風ですが、私が食べたのは丁寧に作られた、とても綺麗な海鮮の和食。見た目にも美しいし、どれもとても美味しかったです。
