Kicchondon
A tofu shop in Dake, Mikuni-cho, Sakai City. Their tofu is made with 100% domestic soybeans, primarily from Fukui Prefeture, and is made with a technique that doesn't produce dregs resulting in a tofu that really lets you taste the flavor of the soybeans. The first floor sells tofu and during the summer soy milk soft-serve icecream. On the second floor they have a restaurant serving tofu cuisine with seasonal organically grown vegetables.
