This ramen shop is a member of the Fukushima Gyoza Association. It starts serving its exquisite handmade enban gyoza (pot stickers served in the shape of a platter) at lunch. It serves its Ishikari karamiso (spicy miso) ramen in the wok-tossed style of Sapporo. The high-water-content egg noodles they use match well with the stir-fried meat and vegetables topping and the homemade blended miso-based soup. The karashi (Japanese mustard) is also homemade.

福島駅東口から10分程度歩いた先にあります。基本的にラーメン屋ですが円盤餃子もあります。10個から50個まで選べ、どの個数でも円盤状に並んできます。豚トロとネギ油を混ぜ込んだ肉餃子ですが、肉汁ジューシー系ではありません。野菜メインの餃子が多い福島餃子では異色ですがこれはこれで美味しいです。プラス100円で辛子味噌が付けられ、これで食べるのもお薦め。ちなみにこの辛子味噌はメインメニューの「石狩辛み...
