Yamatoya
Here in the Ouchi-Juku, a former half-farm post town on the Aizu-Nishi Highway in Edo period, which still features the thatched roof houses lining the street as it did in the olden days, you'll feel like you've fallen back in time to the Edo period. Located in the nostalgic townscape, Yamatoya is a soba restaurant famous for their Negi-Soba served with an entire stalk of green onion which you use to eat soba.
