Nikko Futarasan-Jinja Shrine Chugushi Shrine Treasure Museum

Art Museum
Located at the Nikko Futaarasan Shrine next to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, the Treasure Museum is part of the 3,400-hectare grounds of the shrine and exhibits swords and other treasures dedicated to the shrine, as well as artifacts from the mountaintop ritual site on Mount Nantai, with special exhibitions held in the second floor exhibition room under different themes each year. The museum is also known for its collection of valuable swords, including two national treasures, the large sword of Bishu Osafune Rinko and the small sword of Rai Kunitoshi.
