Abe no Otaki Falls
This 80-meter tall waterfall in Aoi Ward, Shizuoka City is located near Umegashima Onsen upstream of the Abekawa River. It is counted both amongst Japan's top 100 waterfalls and its three most famous waterfalls. When water levels are high, visitors are treated to a stirring cascade. The falls can also be accessed by a promenade from the Umegashima Onsen hot springs district.
