Yoshida Castle Kurogane Yagura
The site of a castle located in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture said to have been built in 1505 by Makino Kohaku, a general serving under Imagawa clan. A unit of the former Japanese Army was also once stationed here from the Meiji period onward, and some traces of their presence remain at the site as well. Cultural facilities such as an art museum and the Sannomaru Hall are also located nearby.
