This art museum is located Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture. The museum exhibits some 1,800 paintings, carvings, and ceramics collected Nirasaki City native, organic chemist, and honorary Joshibi University of Art and Design chairperson Satoshi Omura. The exhibits include many works by graduates of Women's Academy of Fine Arts, the predecessor of Joshibi University of Art and Design.

ノーベル賞の大村博士のコレクションの美術館。女性作家のコレクションも多い。ちょうど、日本画の女性作家と漆の女性作家と絵本作家などの展覧会をやっていました。二階には、景色を楽しみながらの休憩室があり、コーヒーなどの自販機があります。大村博士についての展示室もあり、旅行のついでにちょっと寄るのに、ちょうどよい大きさの美術館だと思います。隣りには、お蕎麦屋さんと日帰り温泉があり、絵を見て...

韮崎駅から徒歩で暫く歩いた場所にあります。『魅せる女性像』という企画展が開催されていて岡田謙三『女性像』などが展示してました。こじんまりとしてますが、隣の温泉とセットで楽しめると思います〇

ノーベル賞を受賞した大村智氏のコレクションをもとにした美術館。上村松園、片岡球子、小倉遊亀などビッグネームも含めて、女性の作家が多いかな。気持ちが晴れやかになるような美術館です。
