"A long-standing bread bakery established in the Taisho period located in Ote, Matsumoto City. The bakery sells shokupan, sandwiches, and a variety of other bread goods, but its signature product is its ""gyunyu pan"" milk bread. Consisting of milk cream sandwiched between fluffy slices of bread, gyunyu pan is considered a local Nagano bread variety."
