Nagaragawa Service Area

Nagaragawa Service Area is located in the city of Seki along the northbound lanes of the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway. Since it is on the way to Hida-Takayama and Shirakawa-go, it is ready to offer travel advice to foreign tourists. The service area contains two restaurants: Yushoku Sabo Tabenagara, which serves local specialties, such as Kuro Karaage (oven-blackened fried chicken) or Hida beef croquettes, and Kagaribi no Sato, which serves dishes made with local ingredients. In addition, there is a food court that serves simple dishes, such as noodles or rice-based dishes. A shop that sells local products, such as cutlery made in the city of Seki or leather bags made from the hides of Hida cattle, is open 24 hours a day.
