This French restaurant and steak house is ten minutes on foot from Takayama Station on the Takayama Main Line. Guests enjoy leisurely meals in the antique interior of their old kominka (old Japanese house). They use only the highest A5 grade Hida Beef fillet and sirloin. The finely marbled meat is soft enough to melt in your mouth. Apart from steak, you can dine on fare like tail stew, sliced and seared Hida Beef tataki, fish, Japanese tiger prawns, abalone, and more. According to your budget, you can get your meat cut to order as well.

飛騨牛A5等級のお肉を食べることができるレストランですので、価格帯はお安くはありませんが絶品です。私はビーフシチューのセットを注文しました。お店の一押しのタタキも皆で分けあって食べました。どちらも美味しくてワインが進みました。連れはサーロインステーキを注文しましたがタタキの方が美味しかったそうです。
