A soba noodle restaurant standing along Prefectural Route 181 in 5-chome, Shin-machi, Ome City. In addition to chewy pure white nihachi soba noodles made with flour ground from the heart of the buckwheat seed, the restaurant also serves udon noodles. Other items on the restaurant’s full menu include rice bowls, oju multi-tier bento boxes, and the Tokyo X Nanban and Tokyo X Curry Nanban, made with Tokyo X brand pork.
