Koma Tofu is a manufacturing and selling shop specializing in tofu and yuba (tofu skin) with the use of carefully chosen raw materials and refined techniques. Its black yuba, made with Chichibu black soybeans, is the only product of its kind in Japan, a luxury item replete with the unique flavor of black soy beans. Its wide range of other products includes green yuba, made with soy beans specially grown in the Tohoku region, fresh yuba, Zaru Tofu (tofu in a bamboo basket), and tofu marinated in miso.
