Shorinzan Daruma-ji Temple
The Shorinzan Darumaji Temple is famous for the Festival of the Seven Herbs of Spring, where they pray for the ideal direction. This festival of seven herbs began over 200 years ago during the Tenmei period by commoners seeking salvation from famine. The festival occurs every year on January 6 and 7.
